We are currently seeking ECT who are passionate about early childhood education and care.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply committed to fostering a nurturing, inclusive, and educational environment for young children. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and Implement Programs: Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and foster children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Ensure Compliance and Safety: Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant learning environment in accordance with Australian regulations and policies.
- Collaborate with Families and Colleagues: Build strong relationships with families to support each child’s learning journey and work collaboratively with other educators to enhance program delivery.
- Observation and Documentation: Conduct regular observations, assessments, and documentation of children’s progress to adapt learning experiences and communicate milestones.
- Lead and Inspire: Guide and mentor junior educators, contributing to a positive team culture that emphasizes collaboration and continual improvement.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, recognized by ACECQA (Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority).
- Certification:
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates.
- Clearances: Valid Working with Children Check and Police Check.
- Experience: Prior experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher, preferably within an Australian early learning setting.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with children, families, and colleagues.

- Flexibility and adaptability in working across different age groups as needed.
Requirements:
- ECT Qualification
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
