Queensland Government is seeking an Intensive Education Case Manager to work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver intensive case management, transition supports and education initiatives for students at risk of disengagement in the Brisbane area.

You will collaborate with schools, families and community organisations to tailor support plans, analyse data to inform intervention, and implement strategies to improve learning outcomes and engagement.
