Pacific Smiles Group is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our Technology Services team, supporting 130+ dental centres nationwide. The role is remote-based with regular travel to centres within your region, based in Sydney and reporting to the Head of IT Operations.
You’ll provide Level 2 IT support, resolve technical issues, and help maintain secure, reliable systems. This role combines work from home with onsite visits and project support across centres.
