UnitingCare Children, Young People and Families – Cooktown QLD is seeking a passionate Case Worker to manage a client caseload and contribute to high-quality care for residents at Cape York Family Centre.

You will develop treatment plans, advocate for clients with external agencies, build partnerships with stakeholders, identify service improvements and help train staff. This is a full-time role that offers meaningful community impact and opportunities for qualified growth.
