MUFG is seeking an experienced Vice President of Business Continuity Management to lead and strengthen BCM across the Oceania region. You will act as a second line of defense SME, providing strategic oversight for business continuity, crisis management, disaster recovery, and operational resilience within a highly regulated banking setting.

The role requires 8+ years in BCM, strong stakeholder management, and advanced Excel/reporting skills.
