CVL is building its founding recruitment and compliance function in Victoria to scale its workforce for a major construction market entry. You will own end-to-end recruitment, compliance verification, onboarding, and data governance, working directly with senior leaders to shape the system and SOPs.
You will manage high-volume recruitment for blue-collar roles, ensuring adherence to Awards, EBAs, and Fair Work while leveraging digital platforms to grow a candidate pipeline ahead of site demand.
