Brooki Bakehouse is seeking an Area Leader to oversee day-to-day operations of all NSW stores, driving commercial performance and customer experience. You will coach Store Managers, manage rosters, and partner with the Head of Retail Operations to deliver solid results across the network.
You will ensure food safety, compliance and brand standards while leading recruitment, training and store openings across the state. Travel between stores is required.
