As Site Supervisor at Markq Homes, you will oversee day-to-day construction activities on residential home sites across South West and Western Sydney. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, to the highest quality standards, and in full compliance with NSW building regulations.

Key responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate all in office construction activities for Class 1 residential homes.
- Ensure work aligns with approved plans, specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
- Manage subcontractors, materials, and site logistics to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Enforce WHS protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and authorities; resolve issues promptly.
- Track progress, maintain records, and deliver regular reports using project management and reporting apps.
- Support team training and contribute to continuous improvement.

About you

- 5+ years' experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction (Class 1 homes).




- Current NSW driver's license.
- Cert IV in Building and Construction (or equivalent skill set).
- Proficiency with project management apps, reporting tools, and site software.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Current White Card (preferred).
- Cert III in Carpentry or similar trade experience (preferred).
