Uniting seeks a Manager for the Traralgon Youth Residential Rehabilitation Program to provide strategic and operational leadership across the Youth Residential Service. You will oversee planning, delivery and evaluation of programs and projects, ensuring alignment with Uniting's strategic direction.

You will lead the development of effective work practices, set explicit team outcomes, contribute to budget planning and provide policy and service delivery advice.
