What you'll be doing
- Providing high-quality care and engaging learning experiences for children who are Kindy aged to 12 years in our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program
- Developing and implementing age-appropriate programs that support children's cognitive, physical, social and emotional development
- Ensuring a protected, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children
- Building positive relationships with children and families.
- Adhering to all relevant regulations, policies and procedures
- Actively participating in professional development opportunities
What we're looking for
- Qualification to work in OSHC services
- Experience as a Responsible person.
- Strong knowledge of the My Time Our Place Framework and National Quality Standards
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity and enthusiasm for delivering engaging learning experiences
- Commitment to promoting inclusive and respectful practices
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and CPR certificates
- Valid Working with Children Check
