- Engaging customers, new and regulars, in a rapid-paced environment

- Running daily operation in the venue including coffee making and food prepare. Providing a wide variety of food & beverage on campus.

- Able to keep eye on food and beverage quality and overview the venue to maintain high stand performance.

- Able to work as role model to your peers.

ABOUT YOU

- Must have minimum 1 - 2 years wait staff experience in a high volume, fast paced café or food and beverage outlet

- Right attitude - enthusiastic, know how to have fun, personable, the first thing people notice about you is your smile and welcoming energy

- Customer satisfaction - you'll go above and beyond to get the work done and make sure your customers are HAPPY

- Understanding of laws as they relate to the organisation HACCP/Food Safety and WHS laws.

- Able to work rotating 7 days roster,



in accordance with business needs and requirements.

Within U@MQ, the Campus Services team operate multiple hospitality & retail venues providing products, services and events to students, staff and community members across the University campus. Our services include managing and operating Café's, Licensed Bar, Vending, Academic Dress, Branded Merchandise and delivering events and activations across campus.
