We are looking for a Trades Assistant to join an established insulation business in Port Kembla. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic who enjoys being in office, working with their hands and supporting experienced tradespeople.

The Role

Working alongside experienced tradespeople, you will assist with insulation installation and general site activities, including:

- Assisting tradespeople with insulation installation and removal

- General labouring and manual handling

- Loading, unloading and moving materials

- Using basic hand tools and equipment

- Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe

- Supporting site safety requirements

- Following instructions and working as part of a team

What You’ll Need





- White Card - essential

- Current Driver’s Licence - essential

- Previous construction, labouring, insulation or similar experience

- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work

- Reliable, punctual and willing to work 5-6 days per week

- Good attitude and strong work ethic

- Ability to work safely on active construction sites
