Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across Australia and New Zealand, from internal handover through to completion
- Coordinate equipment procurement and oversee delivery, installation, testing and commissioning activities
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly, on time and within budget, with risks effectively managed
- Build strong relationships across engineering, supply chain, finance, commercial, applications and EHS teams to support successful delivery
- Manage customer communications, lead project meetings and resolve project issues or disputes in a timely, qualified manner
- Drive continuous improvement within the Project Delivery team and provide accurate monthly financial reporting
Skills and experience
- Proven experience delivering projects in an engineering or technical environment
- Strong project delivery, planning and time management skills, with a practical approach to problem solving
- Sound contract administration capability, including commercial terms and conditions
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with customer-facing experience
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project,
supported by formal technical or related qualifications highly regarded
- Knowledge of the water treatment market - highly regarded
