NORTHSIX is partnering with an established subcontractor in the building and construction industry, delivering projects across Melbourne.

This role works closely with the Director, Estimator, Site Manager & Project Coordinator, supporting the business through both the quoting/tender stage and delivery of its projects.

About the role

- Prepare quotes and cost estimates for carpentry scopes on commercial and residential projects
- Manage subcontract agreements with builders and head contractors, including variations
- Review scope of works and compile accurate cost breakdowns
- Track project costs against budget, flagging discrepancies early
- Liaise with suppliers on pricing, materials, and supply chain
- Support tender submissions alongside the Estimator and Director

About you

- Experience in contract administration and/or estimating. Both would be highly regarded
- Robust attention to detail when managing contracts
- Able to manage multiple quotes or contracts at once without losing accuracy
- Confident liaising with builders and suppliers, and communicates clearly with the team
