Your NewRole:

As theClub Manager, you will beresponsible for the overall operational, financial, andpeople management of the PCYC Loganfacility. In thisrole, you will lead and support staff in developing andimplementing operational plans, driving financialperformance, and managing budgets effectively. You willinspire and guide a high-performing, multidisciplinary teamwhile ensuring compliance with PCYC policies, safetystandards, and child protection requirements. A key part ofyour role will be to develop and maintain strongrelationships with members, local businesses, and communityorganisations, fostering engagement and collaboration. Youwill also oversee and optimise PCYC programs such as Gym,Fitness, Gymnastics, and Little n Active, promotingmembership growth and retention through targeted localmarketing and community initiatives. Above all, you willchampion PCYC’s core values of Respect, Passion, Teamwork, Commitment, andLeadership, ensuring these principles are embeddedin all aspects of club operations. AboutYou:

- Proven experience in aleadership or management role, ideally in a similaroperational or community setting.




- Robust financial andcommercial acumen, with experience managing budgets anddelivering on KPIs.
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
- Strong problem-solvingabilities and the capacity to implement and manage changein a explicit, logical manger.
- Previous experience workingin the Not-For-Profit Sector is desirable.
- Qualifications in gym andfitness and or Gymnastics are desirable.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
