Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Financial Controller with the day-to-day financial management of the dealerships.
- Assist day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Processing daily banking activities, customer refunds and pay-outs
- Complete end-of-month processing through to Trial Balance, ensuring reporting deadlines are achieved
- Conduct reconciliations and audits
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards




- Collaborate with management to improve financial processes

Requirements:

- Proven experience in accounting, preferably in the automotive or retail sector
- Strong knowledge of accounting software & Microsoft Office products (Titan DMS experience is a plus)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant accounting qualifications (CPA or equivalent highly regarded)
