ACRRM is a national College with a rural heart. We are focused on training and supporting doctors to become Rural Generalists providing high quality healthcare to their communities.
ACRRM is seeking to appoint an Accreditation Coordinator to work directly with the Training Engagement Team while collaborating with the selection, placement and training teams to ensure that accreditation is delivered within cycles including audits, monitoring conditions and report writing. This is a full-time position.
The Accreditation Coordinator is responsible for quality and safety processes in the accreditation of all existing and new ACRRM Training Posts and Supervisors, maintaining quality and safety standards in accreditation according to ACRRM Standards.
The role requires qualified engagement within the regional networks, with the national training team, training posts and supervisors, providing resources and a direct point of contact for support services.
Duties of the role include but are not limited to:
- Training Post accreditation
- Accreditation
- Member/Customer service, and
- Quality improvement
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- A track record of exceptional customer service.
- The ability and initiative to work through complex information
- Experience in database or CRM systems; and
- Well-developed and accurate administrative skills
