Account Service Associate (2-year contract) | Bank of China Sydney | Banking Department

Bank of China is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Account Service Associate to join the Banking Department in Sydney office.

Responsibilities

- Processing payment requirements and responding customer queries promptly and accurately
- Collaborating with Corporate Banking, Treasury, Trade Finance and other counterparts to ensure optimum outcomes for customers
- Dealing with customer's bank accounts and transaction related issues in an efficient manner via phone and emails
- Compliance with bank policies and procedures to mitigate and manage risks
- Ad-hoc tasks allocated from team leader and department head

processing following skills and experience are essential:

- Bachelor degree or above in relevant disciplines
- Minimum of 1 year of related experiences
- Solid willing toward continuous learning and professional developments
- Strong sense of responsibility and initiative, showing a proactive approach to work and striving for excellence in completing tasks and projects
- Strong analysis and problem solving skills and attention to details
- Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English
