About the Role
This opportunity is responsible for the below:
- Ensure top notch animal welfare - clean, safe and healthy environments are key!
- Cleaning and maintaining pens and equipment - a tidy farm is a happy farm!
- Routine animal care - moving, drafting, weighing and handling stock with care
- Providing medical care - supporting sick or injured animals as needed
- Update records and complete general farm duties as required
About You
Our ideal candidates will have the below experience/skills:
- Animal experience? Outstanding! But not essential - we'll train you!
- A strongcommitmenttoanimal welfareandbiosecurity
- A positive can-do attitude that fits our core values -trust, integrity, quality, efficiency and innovation
- Availability towork weekends and public holidayswhen needed
- Physical fitness to handle farm duties
