Galaxy Early Learning is seeking an exceptional Early Learning Service Manager to lead our brand-recent, purposefully designed 112-place service in Cranbourne North.

About You

You are an experienced early childhood leader who understands that exceptional services are built through strong relationships, clear expectations, genuine leadership and a shared commitment to children.

Lead with purpose and create a positive, skilled and inclusive service culture.

Champion child safety and ensure children's rights, wellbeing and best interests remain central to all decision-making.

Inspire, mentor and empower educators to achieve excellence in early childhood education and care.

Build a strong,



collaborative team culture based on respect, accountability and continuous improvement.

Establish meaningful and trusting partnerships with children, families and the wider community.

Drive high-quality educational practice aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and our Reggio Emilia-inspired philosophy.

Lead the service's compliance with the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standard, Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations and Victorian Child Safe Standards.

Create an setting where educators are proud to belong and children are supported to explore, discover and thrive.

What you will bring:

- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated leadership experience (minimum of 3 years' experience) within an early childhood education and care service, ideally in a Centre Manager, Service Manager or senior leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standard, National Law and Regulations, EYLF and Victorian Child Safe Standards.
- A current Working with Children Check and Police Check.
- Current approved Child Protection training.
- Current First Aid, CPR,



Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain these prior to commencement.
- Strong operational, organisational and people-management capabilities.
- Confidence in leading compliance, quality improvement and assessment and rating preparation.
- A genuine passion for mentoring educators and developing strong, capable teams.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with families.
- A professional, approachable and solutions-focused leadership style.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Two professional references, including a current direct manager or supervisor within the early childhood education and care sector.
