As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lift Adjuster to join our growing team based in Mascot, NSW. As an Adjusterwith Electra Lifts, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our customers’ assets.

This position will report to the Project manager for Electra Lifts. You will work closely with other Installers, Electricians, Adjusters, Trade Assistants, Field Engineers, and Construction Coordinators.

Key responsibilities

- Install New Equipment and Modernise lifts, escalators, and travellators, working to the highest safety and environmental standards while meeting delivery targets.
- Maintain company tools, equipment,



and materials properly and safeguard such property.
- Comply with the company's Environmental Health and Safety policies and procedures, including reporting any conditions that may impact the workplace or any employee.
- Maintain and work to the Quality System, per the relevant lift industry codes and standards.
- Attend customer handing over inspection/service inspections on installation and modernization projects where required.
- Ensure timely completion of defects identified during service / handing over inspection in coordination with the Project Manager where required.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and help facilitate continuous improvement.

About you

- Prior experience in installation & adjustment of Lifts / Escalators / Travelators.
- Have full working rights in Australia
- Other relevant qualifications or training, such as working from heights, rigging, etc., would be an advantage.
- Current Electrical registration in Australia and driver's license.
- Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Have an uncompromising attitude, awareness, and adherence toward working safely in all situations.
- Enjoy communicating with various levels of stakeholders and working closely with others in the field team.
- Able to plan and prioritize tasks and complete them on time.
- Willingness to learn new leading-edge technologies and advance your skill level.
