Thisisaseniorleadershipposition,responsibleforoverseeingateamofProjectManagerswhileensuringprojectsaredeliveredsafely,commerciallyandinlinewithstakeholderexpectations.

TheRole

Thisrolesitsacrossbothprojectdevelopmentandprojectdelivery.

You’llbeinvolvedfromtheearlystagesofprojectdefinition,businesscasesandinvestmentapprovalsthroughtoconstruction,commissioningandassethandover.Alongthewayyou’llbemanagingprojectteams,contractors,budgets,schedules,governancerequirementsandexecutivestakeholders.

It'sarolethatneedssomeonecomfortableoperatingatboththestrategicanddeliverylevel.Onedayyoumightbepresentingtoexecutivesorsupportinginvestmentdecisions,thenextyou'rehelpingremoveroadblocksonacriticalinfrastructureproject.

- Leadaportfolioofmajorenergy infrastructureprojects.
- ManageandmentorateamofProjectManagersanddeliveryprofessionals.
- Overseeprojectgovernance,budgets,schedules,riskandcommercialperformance.
- Supportprojectdevelopmentactivitiesincludingbusinesscasesandinvestmentapprovals.
- Managelarge-scalecontracts,contractorsandkeydeliverypartners.
- Engagewithseniorexecutives,governmentbodies,regionalstakeholdersandindustrypartners.
