We are seeking to complement our established team with an experienced Senior Estimator. You will join a highly skilled and motivated team delivering a diverse range of multidisciplinary Utilities projects across New South Wales. In this role you'll be responsible for:

- Mange the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) estimating process, liaising with Client, Partners and Subcontractors and Suppliers
- Lead estimates - set up templates, develop procurement schedules and present first principles methodology at reviews
- Use of first principles to develop accurate estimates for Utility based projects (predominantly Water and Waste Water Treatment and distribution)
- Conduct research to obtain data on labour costs, materials, and production times etc
- Obtain and review offers and quotes by subcontractors or vendors

How you'll connect to the role:

- You will have Mechanical or Electrical tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or a relevant trade background
- Proven experience, and track record as a Senior Estimator in a tier 1 environment with experience pricing large and small projects - ideally involving Utility Infrastructure and some O&M; experience
- 7+ years leading estimates and managing other Estimators within a team environment
- Valuable communication, presentation skills and possess a positive and productive attitude
- Experience in Water / Waste Water,



Power or Gas Utility infrastructure
- Experience in using Expert Estimator is desired, but not a requirement
