What you’ll do

As our National Manager - People & Culture, you'll:

- Help leaders build engaged, inclusive and high-performing teams
- Lead a national team and build excellent People & Culture support practices.
- Navigate complex people matters and workplace change
- Turn big-picture workforce strategy into practical outcomes
- Support organisational change, workforce planning and leadership capability

What you’ll bring

- Experience within a disability, community services, health or aged care environment
- Expertise across ER, IR, workforce strategy and organisational development.
- Values based leadership and passion for developing people
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to balance people and business outcomes.





(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
