About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our integrated café /restaurant, and fuel station. This is a hands on leadership role responsible for staff management, customer service, compliance, and overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations across the cafe/restaurant, and fuel station, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead and supervise staff including rostering, training, performance monitoring, and maintaining service standards.
- Oversee food and beverage operations ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ensure fuel station compliance including safety procedures, environmental standards, and forecourt operations.
- Manage inventory and stock control for food, beverages, convenience items, and fuel.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain WHS and safety compliance across all areas of the business.
- Handle financial administration including cash handling, banking, and expense control.
- Coordinate with suppliers for stock, fuel deliveries, and maintenance services.
- Prepare operational reports for senior management.

Skills & Experience Required

- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a retail, hospitality, or fuel station management role.
- Robust leadership,



communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience managing staff in a fast paced, multi service environment.
- Knowledge of food safety, fuel safety, and WHS regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong organisational and problem solving abilities.
- Diploma/Degree in relevant field.

Position - Full Time

Salary - $77,000 to $85,000 a year (plus Super)

Visa status - Full working rights (Pref will be given to Australian Citizens /PR)
