About the roleThe Physiotherapist - Current Graduate provides high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services across Community and Oral Health settings as part of an interprofessional healthcare team. Working within a structured rotational program, the role offers opportunities to develop clinical skills across a variety of bedded facilities and community care teams while delivering person-centred care to consumers and their families or carers.The successful candidate will assess and manage patients across the continuum of care, participate in multidisciplinary service delivery, and contribute to quality improvement, service development and research activities. Supported by senior clinicians, they will progressively develop independent clinical decision-making skills while building professional expertise within a collaborative learning environment.About youOur ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy services across a range of community and healthcare settings in accordance with professional and ethical standards.Apply developing clinical judgement and problem-solving skills to support assessment, treatment planning and patient management under appropriate supervision.Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, consumers and carers to provide coordinated, value-based care and improve health outcomes.Participate in professional development, clinical supervision,
