William Buck is seeking an experienced Change Lead to join our Group PMO on a 12-month contract. You will drive change management across a portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring adoption of current systems and ways of working while building capability across the organisation.
You'll engage stakeholders, design communications and training, monitor adoption and address resistance, reporting to PMO leaders and partnering with cross-office teams to sustain transformation.
