Physiotherapist | Ryde Region | Aged Care Community

Due to growing demand and team expansion, they are looking for a Physiotherapist to add to the team and support clients across the Ryde region.

You will be joining a collaborative multidisciplinary team; the role is open to Physiotherapists with any level of experience, with structured support available.

Benefits

- $40 – $55 per hour + super, depending on experience

The team is supportive, collaborative and clinically led, with management who understand the realities of allied health work. The Physiotherapy,



Occupational Therapy and Exercise Physiology teams are active and continuing to grow with little staff turnover, creating a strong MDT environment where clinicians can collaborate, share ideas and feel genuinely supported.

About the Role

You will support clients across the Ryde region in the, primarily working with older adults in aged care community settings, with a smaller NDIS caseload. The role will involve assessments, treatment planning, falls prevention, mobility, strength, function and independence-based therapy.

About You

- Physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration
- Any level of experience welcome
- Interest in aged care, community, NDIS or rehabilitation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working across the Ryde region
- Current driver’s licence
- Genuine focus on client outcomes and quality care
