Seeking a Commercial & Property Lawyer (5+ PAE) for a leading QLD firm. Flexible location - Brisbane or Toowoomba.

About the position

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Commercial & Property Lawyer to join their team at either their Brisbane or Toowoomba office. This role is ideal for a confident practitioner with 5+ years of PAE, looking to take the next step in their legal career within a firm that values leadership and initiative.

You will handle a diverse range of commercial and property matters,



including:

- Commercial transactions and business sales
- Leasing (retail, commercial, and industrial)
- Property development and subdivisions
- Contract drafting, review and negotiation
- General commercial advisory work for SMEs and high-net-worth clients

You will be trusted to manage your own client relationships and files, with support available from senior colleagues and junior lawyers where required.

Key Requirements

- At least 5 years PAE in commercial and property law (Private practice preferred)
- Ability to manage complex files autonomously and achieve billable target
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Commercially astute with a pragmatic legal approach
- Experience mentoring junior lawyers (advantageous)
