We are partnering with a well-established building automation specialist to recruit an experienced BMS Service Technician for their Sydney operations. This is a field-based role focused on servicing, troubleshooting and optimising Building Management Systems across a range of commercial and industrial sites throughout greater Sydney.
The Role
- Carry out scheduled service, maintenance and reactive breakdown calls
- Diagnose and resolve faults on BMS and HVAC control systems
- Work with Tridium Niagara platforms (experience highly regarded)
- Support minor upgrades, programming tweaks and system optimisation
- Deliver excellent customer service and clear technical reporting
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience as a BMS or HVAC controls Service Technician
- Hands-on knowledge of Tridium Niagara advantageous
- Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus or similar protocols
- Valid driver's licence and ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and professional client manner
