Paediatric Occupational Therapist | Dee Why | Early Finish Fridays

Join a highly regarded paediatric allied health team in the Northern Beaches near Dee Why, working across clinic, school and community settings with robust MDT support.

This role is ideal for an Occupational Therapist with at least 12 months of recent paediatric experience who enjoys collaboration, values team culture and wants to grow within a supportive, established practice.

Benefits:

- Salary $80,000 – $110,000 + super
- Quarterly bonus scheme from $1,000 up to $6,000 after 6 months
- 1 day PD leave per year
- $1,000 annual PD budget
- Fortnightly mentoring and team check-ins
- Discipline-specific support and MDT collaboration
- Centralised appointments and operational support
- Admin time built into billables
- Early finish Fridays
- No one ever stays late

About the Role:

You will support children across developmental, behavioural, emotional, sensory and functional independence needs.

The role includes a mix of clinic-based sessions, school visits, community work and small group programs. Home visits are very rare; the team does not focus on assistive technology or mobility equipment prescription.

A typical week may include therapy sessions, school visits, MDT collaboration, mentoring, documentation and preparation time. You will collaborate with the MDT and may also contribute in joint sessions.

This team is looking for someone who is humble, ambitious and people-focused, they really want someone who is a team player to join the fun. They value clinicians who leave ego at the door, communicate openly and genuinely enjoy team contribution.

About You:

- AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
- Minimum 12 months of recent paediatric experience
- Strong interest in developmental, sensory and behavioural paediatrics
- Collaborative, mature and team-focused
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working within an MDT
- Car and Driver's License
