What You’ll Be Doing

- Hitting the Road: Visiting farms to conduct on-site risk analysis and offer tailored solutions.
- Owning Your Patch: Growing and managing your own portfolio of rural clients.
- Community Presence: Building trust with local farmers through face-to-face expertise.
- Driving Growth:



Proactively converting leads into long-term, loyal partnerships.

About You (The Essentials)

- Local Knowledge: You are currently residing in Tamworth or surrounds (within an hour commute)
- Ag-Fluent: You have a demonstrated background, exposure, or a deep interest in the Agriculture sector.
- Sales Grit: You’ve worked to targets before. You know how to identify new business, manage a pipeline, and close a deal.
- Stability & Commitment: We are looking for someone who wants to plant roots. You have a demonstrated track record of commitment and are looking for your next long-term career move.
