Kick-start your physiotherapy career through a structured graduate program, gaining diverse clinical experience across multiple rotations while delivering evidence-based care and developing your skills within a leading tertiary health service.

About the role

The Physiotherapist – Recent Graduate is a structured training position designed to support the development of entry-level physiotherapists through a variety of clinical rotations within Metro North Health, primarily at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital. - Deliver entry-level physiotherapy services across a variety of clinical areas while applying professional and ethical standards of practice.

- Develop clinical reasoning and decision-making skills through supervised practice and progressive management of increasingly complex patient presentations.
- Work collaboratively with patients, families, multidisciplinary healthcare teams and colleagues to achieve positive health outcomes.
- Manage clinical caseloads effectively while maintaining accurate documentation, prioritising workloads and supporting patient safety initiatives.
- Participate in professional development, quality improvement activities and supervision of Allied Health Assistants and physiotherapy students where appropriate.
