Walgett Shire Council is seeking an experienced Property Officer (Residential Property Management) to manage a government residential portfolio in Walgett. This is not a traditional private rent roll; you will work with NSW Government agencies and council-owned housing.
You will coordinate inspections, occupancy, maintenance and records, liaise with tenants and contractors, and report to the Property Coordinator.
