Silicon Quantum Computing (SQC) is hiring software engineers to join Compiler Services, building the compiler stack for our quantum computers. You will own stages end-to-end—from logical circuit compilation through placement and routing—working with quantum information scientists and the QEC theory team at our Sydney facility.

We value experience in compiler construction, graph algorithms, and production-grade languages like Rust/C++, along with Python.
