We are looking for results-driven, highly motivated and future-focused Account Managers to own client relationships across the group: making sure clients realise genuine value, spotting opportunities to grow, and acting as their trusted point of contact.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients across the full lifecycle, from onboarding through to renewal.
Drive fast, effective onboarding so clients see measurable value within their first weeks.
Identify accounts positioned for growth and expand them, including across AI4 Group's other brands.
Meet clearly defined retention and revenue targets.
Channel client feedback to the delivery and product teams to inform priorities.
About you
A demonstrated track record in account management, customer success or B2B sales (typically 1–3+ years).
Strong communicator, equally comfortable with operational teams and executive decision-makers.
Highly organised, with consistent and reliable follow-through.
Able to explain technology clearly and simply.
Curious about AI and motivated to understand it well enough to make it accessible to others.
Experience in SaaS, subscription software or qualified services.
Exposure to AI, automation or digital transformation projects.
