We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Mill Operator to join our team at our Lara site.

In this hands-on role you will learn to operate mill equipment, produce qualityproducts and help keep our production running safely and efficiently.

What You Will Be Doing

- Operate and monitor mill production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Assist in producing high-quality products that meet customer specifications.
- Monitor production processes and report any quality or equipment issues.
- Maintain a clean,safe and organised work area.
- Follow workplace health, safety, environmental and quality procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily production targets.




- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

- A strong commitment to safety.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A reliable work ethic and attention to detail.
- The ability to work in a physically active environment is important.Previous manufacturing or production experience (preferred but not essential).
- A current Forklift Licence (preferred but not essential).
