We are a fast-growing electronics and technology retailer, offering a wide range of cutting-edge products and exceptional customer experiences. We are now seeking a passionate and driven Full-Time Sales Consultant and Repair Technician.

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and driving product sales. Your responsibilities include:

Product Sales & Customer Service

- Provide professional product recommendations
- Assist customers with their tech needs and deliver an exceptional in-store experience
- Stay updated with the latest tech products and industry trends
- Put screen protectors on devices and repair some devices.

Store Presentation

- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store display
- Actively ensure promotional materials and product showcases are up to date

Customer Interaction

- Help customers choose suitable products such as phone accessories, PC hardware, audio devices, gaming gear, lifestyle tech, and more
- Build strong customer relationships and promote repeat business





We're Looking For Someone Who…

- Has a strong interest in electronics and technology
- Enjoys speaking with customers and providing personalised solutions
- Is proactive, confident, and results-driven
- Has strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Is eager to learn and improve continuously
- Works well in a team environment

Preferred (But Not Essential):

- 1–2 years of experience in tech/retail sales
- Experience at Phone shops, computer shops or relevant shops.

What We Offer

- Full-Time Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 per year (based on experience)
