The Role

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Yard Hand to support day-to-day operations at our Kalgoorlie steel facility.

This role is primarily focused on loading and unloading trucks, whilst assisting in general yard activities to keep the site running efficiently.

Day-to-Day Tasks

- Load and unload trucks as required

- Carry out general yard duties, including sorting, organising loads, and housekeeping

- Work safely at all times and support the broader operations team

Skills and Experience

- Current LF forklift licence

- Solid safety focus and attention to detail

- Able to perform physical tasks as required

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Background in waste management is desirable but not necessary

- HR License is highly regarded
