Our client, Open Minds (Vertaview Group) is looking for an experienced clinician for their Medicare Mental Health Centre in Coffs Harbour. You will provide evidence-based mental health support to adults in a modern, purpose-built clinic alongside psychologists, social workers, nurses, counsellors and peer workers.

As a Mental Health Clinician, you'll deliver short to medium-term therapeutic interventions to people experiencing mental health challenges. Working closely with the Clinical Lead and wider multidisciplinary team, you'll undertake comprehensive clinical and risk assessments, develop collaborative case formulations and treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each person's needs.

You'll play an integral role in supporting consumers throughout their recovery journey, coordinating care with internal teams and external service providers to ensure holistic, person-centred outcomes. Alongside maintaining accurate clinical documentation, you'll actively contribute to case reviews, clinical supervision, quality improvement initiatives and team meetings, helping to foster a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.

This role is available on either a 0.8 or 1.0 FTE basis, with flexibility across 4 or 5 days per week. A set roster applies, including one late shift each week (10:00am–6:00pm),



with standard hours commencing from 8:00am on other days.

What You'll Bring

- At least 3 years' experience delivering therapeutic mental health interventions

- Thrive in a collaborative team environment

- A tertiary qualification as a Registered Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurse, Accredited Mental Health Social Worker or equivalent demonstrated industry experience in a related field.

- Current annual practicing certificate from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency essential, or a Social Worker with eligibility to register with the Australian Association of Social Worker

- Current Open Drivers Licence

- Working With Children Check (P) – State Equivalent

- Current National Police Check

- Right to Work in Australia
