About the role

Clearview Skylights is seeking an experienced and organised Scheduling and Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Wangara, WA. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the efficient running of our Warehouse and scheduling operations for all Clearview Skylight operations.

What you'll be doing

- Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, utilising industry-leading scheduling software

- Monitoring project progress and identifying potential delays or issues, proactively implementing solutions

- Collaborating with our operational team, contractors, and stakeholders to align schedules and coordinate activities

- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the office administration function

- All administrative duties as required including internal sales administration and answering the phones

What we're looking for

- Previous admin Scheduling experience is mandatory

- Sales and customer service skills highly desirable

- Experience within the construction industry or similar is preferred

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve scheduling challenges





- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise effectively with diverse teams

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

- Ability to thrive under pressure , adapt to change and enjoy the satisfaction of achieving complex deadlines

- We are looking for someone who is workflow and process driven, things need to be organised and want to follow systems and standards.

- Love jigsaw puzzles and happy to problem solve on a regular basis.
