What role will you play?

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for generating balance sheet and revenue growth through the delivery of superior service and insights to both new and existing clients. Crucial to this is your ability to take the time to understand your clients' business needs in detail, and tailor unique and value driven solutions. You will have a broad reach across professional services including businesses in the legal, accounting, wealth, insurance brokering, health, childcare and technology industries.

What you offer

- A keen interest in becoming a Relationship Manager, with experience working with/within the business banking division highly regarded
- A proven track record in delivering results with some skills on deal structuring
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build long standing relationships with clients
- An understanding of cashflow lending and valuing the goodwill of business as well as commercial investment property across various legal structures
- An understanding of complex business structures, how to analyse financial data and calculate lending capacity based on cashflow analysis.
