Harvey Norman Electrical City west is seeking a Retail Manager to lead our Electrical department in West Perth. This full time role (38 hours per week) focuses on driving sales growth, staff development, and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will oversee daily store operations, recruit and coach the team, manage stock and promotions, and ensure profitability while maintaining high service standards. A relevant degree or 2 years’ retail management experience is preferred.
