First National Real Estate Neilson Partners is seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Associate/Consultant to join the team in a full‑time, office‑based role. This opportunity would suit an established salesperson looking to grow within a respected local agency, or an emerging real estate associate who can demonstrate strong sales ability, initiative and a genuine commitment to developing a long‑term career in the industry. You will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, listing and selling property, and supporting buyers and sellers throughout the complete sales process. Option to work across Narre Warren, Berwick or Officer/Pakenham.

Key responsibilities

- Prospecting for new business and building a sustainable pipeline
- Developing and maintaining relationships with prospective sellers, buyers and local property owners
- Conducting property appraisals and listing presentations
- Securing and managing residential property listings
- Coordinating sales campaigns in collaboration with administration and marketing teams
- Conducting open homes, private inspections and buyer appointments
- Negotiating offers and guiding clients from initial enquiry through to settlement
- Maintaining accurate client and property records within the agency CRM
- Keeping clients informed through consistent, professional communication
- Representing the First National Neilson Partners brand professionally within the local community

About you

- Proven sales, prospecting, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A professional, ethical and client-focused approach
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
- Strong organisation, follow‑up and time‑management skills




- Confidence using CRM systems and basic digital marketing tools
- Knowledge of the Narre Warren, Berwick, Officer/Pakenham and surrounding property markets, or the ability to develop this knowledge quickly
- Availability to work weekends and outside standard business hours when required for inspections and client appointments
- A current Victorian driver license and reliable vehicle
- A completed CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, or another qualification recognised by Consumer Affairs Victoria
- Previous residential or commercial real estate sales experience will be highly regarded
