Central Gippsland Health Service in Gippsland VIC is seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager to lead Wilson Lodge and the current Specialist Dementia Care Unit (SDCU) currently under development. You will manage workforce, governance, quality and safety, and drive continuous improvement across the service.

The role involves establishing the SDCU, shaping its culture and operations, collaborating with the Clinical Nurse Consultant – SDCU and multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care
