Emergency Recovery Support Program Coordinator

- Area:OfficeLocated Shepparton. Outreach locations: Strathbogie, Moira,Murrindindiand Mansfield (this may change as the scale of the disasteremerges)

About the Role

The Emergency Recovery Support Program (ERSP) Coordinator provides operational leadership, practiceoversightand coordination of emergency recovery services for individuals and familiesimpactedby emergencies (e.g.fire, flood, storm) across the Moira, Mitchell,Murrindindi, Mansfield and Strathbogie Shires.

Key Selection Criteria

The following criteria must be metand addressed in applicationsfor consideration for this position:

- Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline such as AOD, Social Work or Community Services.
- Demonstrated experience in senior casework/case management with community services, emergency response, family services, homelessness, mental health, AOD or related fields.




- Demonstrated experience providing supervision,leadershipor coordination within a human services setting.
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and disaster recovery impacts.
- Demonstrated experience managing complexrisk(family violence, child safety, mental health risk, homelessness).
- Sound understanding of MARAM and ability to support others in applying the framework.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and interagency coordination skills.
- Highly developed communication, problem-solvingand decision-making skills.
- Strong administration,documentationand data management capability.
- Ability to work flexibly, independently, and as part of a multidisciplinary team in changing environments.
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel toimpactedsites.
- Professional and personal alignment with Primary CareConnect’score values
- Experience in emergency management, disasterrecoveryor surge response models.
- Experience managing funded programs and reporting requirements.
- Knowledge of Victorian recovery arrangements and service systems.
- Formal training in supervision,leadershipor coaching.
