The Onset is seeking a Staff/Principal-level Engineer in Sydney or Melbourne to drive a greenfield, high-scale digital platform. This is a hands-on senior IC role, not a maintenance position, with authority to shape architecture, engineering standards and technology direction.

You will design and evolve distributed, event-driven systems on GCP with Kubernetes, Postgres and BigQuery, mentor engineers, champion CI/CD, and collaborate across front-end React/TypeScript and JVM services.
