We are looking for a Technical Advisor to join our busy and professional Service Department on a full-time basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated automotive professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing technical support within a fast-paced dealership environment.

About the role

As a Technical Advisor, you will act as the key link between our Service team, Technicians, and customers, ensuring repairs and maintenance are accurately diagnosed, communicated, and completed to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities

- Assisting with technical diagnosis and repair enquiries
- Supporting Service Advisors and Technicians with technical information
- Liaising with customers regarding vehicle concerns and repair recommendations
- Monitoring workshop productivity and repair quality
- Working closely with Toyota technical support when required
- Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the service process




- Maintaining accurate repair documentation and records

About you

- Previous automotive industry experience, preferably within a dealership environment
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work collaboratively with both customers and workshop staff
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- A current driver's licence
- Toyota experience (highly regarded but not essential)
