Southern Adelaide Local Health Network invites applications for a part-time Clinical Nurse - Diabetes Educator. You will deliver community-based education and self-management support to people living with diabetes, working with a multidisciplinary team at GP Plus Marion and Noarlunga.

You will conduct clinical assessments, facilitate structured education programs, and help patients build skills to manage their health long-term, in a supportive setting.
