We are seeking an experienced, friendly, organised, and reliable Guest Service Agent to join our holiday letting apartment team in the heart of Broadbeach. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and check-in/check-out guests efficiently
- Handle reservations, phone enquiries, and email correspondence
- Process payments and manage booking systems
- Provide local recommendations and assist with guest requests
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain a clean, professional front desk environment
About you
- Previous reception, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Intermediate computer skills and experience with RMS Cloud booking systems is essential
- Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts
- Supportive and friendly team workplace
